Head of Fund Accounting - European Private Debt Funds

NACBA is seeking a Head of Fund Accounting to lead the accounting for its European-focused private debt/direct lending funds, including Lux/Irish/UK structures with GP/LP entities and evergreen funds.

The role involves managing a small team, coordinating with investment and finance functions, and delivering timely investor reporting while driving controls, budgeting, and efficiency initiatives across the fund platform.
