Head of Fraud & Financial Crime - First-Line Leader

Waterhouse-Kern Associates in the UK is seeking a permanent Head of Fraud & Financial Crime to build and run a new first line operating model for cards and loans. This hands-on leadership role will own strategy, controls, and day-to-day delivery across fraud, AML, sanctions and wider financial crime.

You will lead the first line teams with five+ direct reports, serve as Nominated Officer, and engage law enforcement and intelligence-sharing groups. A strong build-and-deliver mindset is essential.
