The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of FP&A should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance.
• Proven ability to lead financial planning and analysis functions.
• Demonstrable expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
