Head of Food & Beverage Operations

1 Hotel Mayfair, part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., seeks a Food & Beverage Operations Director to lead and develop a high-volume F&B operation. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and innovative concepts across outlets.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef, hotel leadership, and Sales & Marketing to evolve offerings and maximise revenue while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
