Head of Financial Control & AI-Driven Finance

Motorway is seeking a Head of Financial Control to own financial control, statutory and tax compliance, treasury and finance operations for the company. You'll report to the VP Finance and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal and Operations, owning relationships with auditors and HMRC.

You will lead the audit, manage tax and regulatory compliance, and drive automation of the finance stack including NetSuite to scale without headcount growth.
