Job Description

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the SLT, the role is built around three core pillars:

• Robust reporting and insight: Owning the integrity, cadence and clarity of management reporting, ensuring leaders have trusted, decision ready information.
• Senior leadership partnering: Acting as a true commercial partner to the SLT, translating financial insight into action and constructively shaping decisions.
• Technology, systems and automation: Serving as the finance lead, conduit and gatekeeper for systems adoption, automation and group wide transformation, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and fully adopted.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will bring:

• Senior finance leadership experience within complex, multi stakeholder organisations
• A track record of delivering high quality reporting and insight beyond the numbers
• Proven ability to partner confidently with executive teams and influence outcomes
• Experience acting as the finance lead on systems, data, automation or transformation initiatives
• A pragmatic, commercially minded approach with the credibility to balance rigour and pace
