Job Description

You will lead the entire financial engine of a high-growth fintech platform that bridges B2B lending and consumer rewards. This hands on role involves owning the master financial model, managing a complex loan book, and overseeing day to day operations like payroll and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to scale the business and ensure long term financial health.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the master financial model to forecast runway, revenue, and liquidity across B2B and B2C lines.
• Manage the end to end loan book operations, including drawdowns, fund flows, and compliance reporting for debt providers.
• Lead all core finance functions including month end close, statutory accounts, tax filings, and payroll management.

The ideal candidate

• ACA/ACCA qualified accountant, likely trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm in Audit or Transaction Services.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex three statement models from scratch in Excel.
• Analytical mindset with high integrity, capable of balancing strategic board level presentations with hands on operational tasks.
