  • Deliver timely management accounts, statutory reporting, and support the annual audit.
  • Ensure compliance with charity law, company law, HMRC requirements, and internal policies.
  • Provide financial insight to senior leaders and Trustees.
  • Foster a collaborative, high performing finance team.
What we're looking for
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, equivalent).
  • Senior finance experience including management accounts, budgeting, and statutory reporting.
  • Experience with finance system implementations or upgrades.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and charity finance.
  • Experience with investment oversight and financial controls.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems experience.
  • Experience in the charity or not for profit sector highly desirable.
