Job Description

OA Group is recruiting a Head of Finance for an SME-based role in Letchworth Garden City. This is a hands-on, strategically focused leadership position overseeing the finance function and driving commercial insight.

You will work with the MD and SLT to shape budgets, forecasts and long-term financial planning, while leading a small finance team and maximizing the impact of Xero across reporting and automation.
