• Lead the rollout of solar across your region, growing a high-performing residential and SME sales team


• Recruit, coach, and inspire reps who thrive on winning and delivering exceptional customer experience


• Shape processes, strategy, and performance playbooks from day one


• Partner closely with marketing and inside sales to turn warm leads into delighted customers


• Champion our mission in local communities, events, and initiatives

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' field sales success with targets you've smashed again and again


• Team leadership experience that shows you can build talent, not just manage it


• A coach's mindset: clear standards, real accountability, and motivation that sparks performance


• Commercial smarts backed by CRM and data discipline


• Full Clean Driver's licence
