Location: London (Field-based)

To support our expansion in the UK, we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale our Field Sales team across the South of England.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our field sales performance in the region. Your mission is to lead, coach, and grow a team of Territory Managers who oversee our Field Sales Consultants (FSEs/FSAs and freelance).

You will:

Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Territory Managers across the South of the UK.

Recruit, onboard, and train field sales consultants to scale regional performance.

Define and implement regional sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.

Spend time in the field, coaching and supporting your team hands-on.

Monitor and optimise KPIs, commission plans, and overall team productivity.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (People, Enablement, Marketing, etc.).

Share insights into the UK market to shape our go-to-market initiatives.

Report directly to the Head of Sales UK, contributing to long-term strategy.

Your Profile

7+ years' leadership experience in field sales.

Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Background in POS, fintech, merchant services, telecom, or energy is a plus.

Strong coaching and communication skills.

Fluent in English, with deep knowledge of the UK SME landscape.

Experience working with freelance or commission-based sales teams is a plus.
