Head of Field Engineering, UAE Growth

Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering Manager to lead a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers across the UAE market. You will partner with the sales organisation to drive revenue and coach teams to collaborate effectively.

Based in London with relocation to UAE after joining, you will mentor, build a high-performing UAE-focused team, nurture strategic partnerships with customers and partners, and promote Databricks' value-based selling.
