Head of Faculty Operations & Student Success

GBS seeks a Director of Faculty Operations to lead the Faculty's professional services and ensure the operational capability, resources, systems and processes required to deliver strategic and operational objectives across UK campuses.

Reporting to the Dean of Faculty, the postholder will oversee operational delivery, planning, risk assurance and performance management to support academic priorities and a consistent student experience.
