Head of Facilities & Estates - Strategic Leader

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead a large and complex estate across Plymouth, Devon. The role focuses on estates management, maintenance operations, contractor oversight and regulatory compliance.

You will drive strategic planning, capital development programmes and budget management while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver business objectives. This is a fully site-based, permanent role with scope for continuous improvement.
