Position Summary
Lead technical support for EU market on inverter & energy storage systems, overseeing pre-sales solution design, post-sales service, product analysis, and team management to drive customer success and market growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Pre-Sales Technical Enablement
Collaborate with sales teams to design inverter & energy storage solutions for EU clients, providing technical demos, requirement analysis, and competitive product comparisons.
2.After-Sales Support & Service Management
Manage end-to-end technical support for EU customers, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and SLA compliance for inverter systems.
3.Product Analysis & Market Feedback
Collect and analyze field data, customer feedback, and competitor insights on inverter & energy storage products to inform R&D improvements.
4.Technical Training & Knowledge Management
Develop training programs on inverter technology and energy storage systems for the EU support team and customers.
5.Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Manage and mentor a EU technical support team, defining workflows, KPIs, and performance metrics for inverter-related support operations.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs in technical support management for energy storage/inverter systems, with EU market experience.
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering/related field; technical expertise in inverter technology and energy storage systems.
- Fluent in English; Dutch/German/French/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, R&D, and international teams.
