As Head of Estimating, you will:
- Lead and develop the pre-construction and estimating team, ensuring high-quality, competitive tenders are delivered.
- Play a pivotal role in securing new business by working closely with the Board, Business Development, and Operations teams.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed cost plans, tender submissions, and commercial appraisals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
- Ensure robust risk management, value engineering, and innovative cost solutions.
- Mentor and support junior estimators, driving best practice across the department.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making at pre-construction stage to align with company growth plans.
