Head of ERP

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of ERP to join a leading global automotive supplier at the forefront of innovation and digital transformation. In this senior role, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and optimising the organisation's enterprise resource planning systems across multiple global sites. Collaborating closely with business leaders, IT teams, and transformation partners, you will ensure the ERP landscape aligns with long-term growth, efficiency, and standardisation objectives. Your leadership will drive the global ERP programme, encompassing governance, system design, integration, deployment, and continuous improvement across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality. • Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformations within the automotive or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle ERP systems.
• Demonstrable success managing multi-site, multi-country ERP rollouts in complex industrial environments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at both executive and operational levels.
• Deep understanding of core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Quality Management.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related fields; an MBA or similar qualification is advantageous.
