The Role

Our Transformation department is responsible for the delivery of our ambitious strategic change portfolio which includes a wide range of initiatives involving technology, people and process.

Within the Transformation department is an integral team - our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). The EPMO ensures that the vision and strategy produced by the PRS Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is converted into change initiatives that enable delivery of corporate objectives and business outcomes, whilst highlighting strategic risks and opportunities to facilitate informed decision making.

The Head of EPMO leads the function, overseeing the strategic planning, execution and governance of enterprise-wide change initiatives (products, programmes, projects). The role is responsible for establishing clear methodologies and governance to support business agility, applying lean portfolio management and effective prioritisation in line with strategy. An integral part of the role is to connect the organisation through business partnering capability, enterprise-wide collaboration and embedding agile, innovative principles into Portfolio Management practices for faster business outcome and value delivery for our members, customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

As our Head of EPMO, some of your day to day duties will include

  • Define and implement the strategic vision for a lean and agile-enabled Enterprise PMO, aligning organisational objectives and market demands
  • Establish and lead on an agile Portfolio governance model that balances flexibility and structure, with appropriate standards, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), tools and best practice
  • Lead enterprise-wide, lean portfolio management and effective prioritisation with a focus on delivering value-driven outcomes over traditional project metrics

The Process

Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location

We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
