Head of English & Whole-School Literacy: Lead Reading & Curriculum

Unity Schools Partnership seeks a Head of English and Whole-School Literacy at Felixstowe School to continue improving English outcomes and literacy culture. You will inherit a committed team, strengthen the English curriculum and shape literacy across the whole curriculum with dedicated non-contact leadership time.

You'll work with senior leaders to raise standards, mentor teachers, and embed reading, writing and vocabulary development across subjects, contributing to excellent student
