Job Description

Southall School in England is seeking a Head of English to lead the English department and drive the curriculum across the school.

This full-time permanent role starts 1 January 2027 (or sooner if possible) and offers MPS/UPS + 1 SEN Point + TLR. The postholder will oversee quality delivery, the systematic phonics program, and English accreditation as part of the middle leadership team.
