• Manage, mentor, and scale high-performing teams consisting of Engineering Managers and senior individual contributors
• Drive the technical strategy and architectural direction, ensuring alignment between engineering initiatives and business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to deliver high-impact strategic roadmaps and innovative payout solutions

The ideal candidate

• Extensive leadership experience within the payments or fintech industry, guiding teams through complex, high-scale systems
• Proven track record of supporting managers and senior ICs through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of ownership
• Deep technical expertise in modern stack environments like Python, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and AWS-based cloud architectures
