Head of Engineering - Digital Platforms & AI Enablement

Head of Engineering - E.ON UK is responsible for leading the engineering capability that underpins E.ON UK's digital products and services. You will shape strategy across Cloud Platforms, Frontend, SaaS and Backend Engineering while enabling secure, scalable, AI-enabled delivery.

You'll lead senior engineering managers across distributed teams, embedding modern engineering practices and ensuring alignment with group standards and governance. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role.
