  • Strategic Prioritization: Strong instincts for identifying high-signal opportunities in a rapidly evolving technological landscape
  • (Desirable) Technical AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML workloads, including training, fine-tuning, and inference processes
  • (Desirable) GPU Ecosystem Insights: Direct experience working with the ecosystem of companies building on high-performance GPU infrastructure
  • (Desirable) Advanced Regional Networks: Established relationships within the venture capital or startup accelerator communities in London, Paris, or Tel-Aviv
  • (Desirable) Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in one or more European languages is a plus for navigating diverse regional markets
  • We are seeking a metric-driven strategist who can distinguish high-signal opportunities from noise and move fast to capture them.
What the job involves
  • As the Head of EMEA Partnerships, you will be the primary engine driving Crusoe's regional go-to-market acceleration
  • This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a "builder-executor" who thrives on turning high-level strategy into tangible business outcomes
  • You will act as the critical link between our global partnership frameworks and local execution, ensuring Crusoe Cloud becomes the premier AI infrastructure choice across Europe and the Middle East
  • By activating a high-velocity ecosystem of startups, channel partners, and SIs, you will directly contribute to our mission of powering the future of computing sustainably
  • In this role, you will co-design global playbooks with our US-based leadership while taking full ownership of their tactical success across regional hubs such as London, Paris, Berlin, and Tel Aviv.
  • Regional GTM Execution: Adapt and execute global "sell-with" and "sell-through" playbooks to drive partner-sourced pipeline and bookings specifically tailored for the EMEA market
  • Startup Ecosystem Acceleration: Build and lead a high-velocity acquisition engine to help AI-native companies in key regional hubs access Crusoe's high-performance infrastructure
  • Channel & SI Orchestration: Engage and operationalize regional channel partners and System Integrators (SIs) to launch industry-specific solutions built on Crusoe Cloud
  • Strategic Sales Alignment: Collaborate daily with the Sales team to map partner portfolios into active target accounts and execute joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Global-Local Collaboration: Act as a direct regional extension of the global Partnerships organization, providing local feedback to refine global frameworks and playbooks
  • Capacity Expansion: Identify and certify regional partners to expand market reach and remove friction from the sales and delivery process
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on ecosystem growth and revenue impact to ensure all regional activities align with Crusoe's global scaling goals
