Head of Disciplines - Civil & Infrastructure Delivery

EKFB is seeking a Head of Disciplines in Milton Keynes to lead structures & drainage, geotechnical, rail systems and environmental disciplines. You will drive technical handover and ensure compliance across projects, coordinating with design consultants and clients.

You will guide discipline teams, manage specialist consultants, and oversee resource planning, reporting, and cross-project challenges to deliver to programme goals and client expectations.
