Head of Digital Experience & Product Management

Exciting Opportunity: Join Middlesex University as Head of Digital Experience & Product Management.

Are you a visionary leader in digital product management with a passion for enhancing user experience? Middlesex University is seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Experience & Product Management to lead our newly formed Product Team and drive innovation across our digital portfolio. Product areas include Customer Service (websites, CRM), Library, Education & Research, Student Journey, Enterprise Resource Planning (Finance, HR, Payroll, Estates), Business Productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a newly formed team of Product Managers, Specialists and Assistants
  • Shape and deliver strategic product roadmaps aligned with university goals
  • Champion user experience and customer satisfaction across a diverse global user community
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Application Development, Data Engineering, and Change Management
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital product delivery and help build a product-driven culture across the university.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership in building and managing product teams
  • Strong experience across the full product lifecycle
  • Expertise in commercial administrative systems
  • A strategic mindset with a user first approach to digital experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
