Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Mathematics Department in line with the IB Curriculum

Plan, deliver, and oversee high-quality Mathematics teaching and learning

Support, mentor, and line-manage Maths teaching staff

Monitor student progress and ensure effective assessment and reporting

Contribute to curriculum development, departmental planning, and whole-school initiatives

Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Mathematics or a related field

Recognised teaching qualification

Minimum of two years teaching experience within the IB Curriculum

Previous leadership or coordination experience preferred

Strong subject knowledge and ability to lead curriculum development
