Head of Delivery & Professional Services

Tieva is seeking a Head of Professional Services to own the delivery engine behind our practices. You will ensure the right people are on the right work at the right time, enabling technical leaders to add value and engineers to build effectively.

You will line manage consultants and engineers, plan workload, and keep capacity understood and balanced. You'll work in a matrix with Pre-Sales and CTOs, shaping delivery across multiple practices.
