Head of Debt Recovery - Birmingham

Starting salary of at least £80,000 with an excellent benefits package. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm and establish their debt recovery team in Birmingham. This role involves building and leading a debt recovery practice.

1. Lead and develop the debt recovery team in Birmingham, maintaining high-quality, business-focused service.
2. Build and expand the existing client base and develop the Belfast offering of the debt recovery team.
3. Build strong client relationships in Belfast to facilitate team growth.
4. Manage a debt recovery practice focused on B2C, ideally with experience in this area.
5. Provide strategic and technical expertise in debt collection, demonstrating commercial awareness and leadership qualities.
