Head of Data Platform & Analytics

Moonfare seeks a Director of Data to own the data strategy and execution at a pivotal growth moment. You will lead the combined Data Engineering and Analytics function, shaping how data powers investors, operations, and AI capabilities.

You will inherit a 6-person team, drive architecture and governance, and partner with Engineering and Product to enable self-serve reporting and operational intelligence, all while embedding regulatory thinking.
