In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic direction and operational execution of cyber risk management across international operations. Accountabilities- Define and lead a collaborative cyber risk strategy aligned with business goals.
- Establish governance and processes to manage cyber risk across business units.
- Integrate cyber risk outcomes into strategic planning processes.
- Drive ongoing improvement in cyber risk across the division and collaborate with operating companies.
- Apply practical approaches to identifying, assessing, and prioritizing cyber risks.
- Implement risk-based controls reflecting operational realities and business constraints.
- Lead the transformation of cyber risk capabilities and deploy security roadmaps.
- Foster alignment and co-development of cyber security requirements with stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in cyber security, risk management, or IT leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading cyber risk transformation and delivering real-world solutions.
- Strong understanding of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive levels.
- Experience in leading teams and significant transformation efforts.
