Job Description

ABR Talent is recruiting a senior Customer Success leader to drive the scaled CS function in a UK SaaS business. You will lead two CSMs, own a £4-5M ARR portfolio, and run executive customer conversations to influence commercial outcomes.

You will champion data-driven decision making, collaborate with Account Management to improve retention and renewals, and act as the senior voice in critical customer discussions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring gravitas and commercial acumen.
