Head of Customer Service - 24/7 Logistics Network

Romac Logistics is seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager based in Chesterfield to lead the central customer service function across the network, providing 24/7 visibility and support with operational teams at multiple sites.

You will establish standards, manage escalations and performance reviews, and work with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement, customer relationships and service excellence across England and Scotland.
