Head of Customer Operations & Growth

OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced Head of Customer Operations in Birmingham to lead the evolution of our customer operating model across Extended Support and Commercial Services, delivering exceptional experiences at scale.

You will own governance, drive operational excellence, partner with Sales, Revenue Operations and Product, and ensure customer-centric processes while supporting profitable growth and EBITDA improvement.
