Head of Customer Experience & Service Delivery

Phoenix Software is seeking a Customer Experience Manager based at our HQ in Pocklington, with two days per week in the office. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and Service Delivery Managers, ensuring services meet contractual commitments while driving continual service improvements for UK public sector clients.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of MSP/IT services.
