Job Description
Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements- We are looking for strong CRM leadership experience within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- We need a proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programmes, not just optimising existing ones.
- We want a commercial mindset with a focus on revenue, retention, and customer value.
- We require hands on experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools.
- We need experience leveraging automation and AI within CRM workflows.
- We are looking for someone comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
- We need strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- We value experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams.
- We own and evolve the end to end CRM strategy aligned to commercial growth targets.
- We build and optimise multi channel lifecycle journeys including onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and cross sell.
- We drive segmentation and personalisation at scale.
- We implement and scale AI driven workflows to improve speed and efficiency.
- We establish a fast paced testing and experimentation culture.
- We define and own CRM KPIs tied directly to revenue and customer value.
- We lead, coach, and develop a high performing CRM team.
- We partner closely with performance, product, and martech teams.

We are a leading high growth FinTech undergoing a major transformation across performance and lifecycle marketing. We have strong foundations in place and are looking for a senior CRM leader to take ownership of the function and elevate it into a best in class, commercially driven engine. This is a high ownership role with real autonomy, based in London with three days per week in the office.
