Head of Credit

• Strong end-to-end knowledge of credit strategy, spanning application, underwriting, customer management, and debt recovery.

• Experience in credit strategy management roles, with a proven track record of delivery

• Expertise in SAS analytics and configuration of credit customer management systems, including leadership of teams responsible for these functions

• Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives

• Solid understanding of analytical methodologies and their practical application in credit risk and customer management

• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks
