Head of Creative & Design for Global Wellness Brand

TRIP is seeking a Head of Creative & Design to lead and evolve its global creative identity as the brand scales internationally. You will balance hands-on design work with leadership, setting standards across campaigns, branding, packaging, and digital channels.

The role requires managing shoots and design systems, while growing the team to maintain pace and quality. You'll partner with founders to translate vision into bold, on-brand executions, leveraging Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other
