Head of Creative
£70-£80k + exec package
Exhibition and stand build company
B2B specialists
London/WFH
At some point, every creative gets that itch.
Not just more design. Not just more sparkle. Definitely not more of the "wave-your-hands-around-and-hope someone's-listening" routine.
What you really want is more say. More influence. More leadership.
This is that role.
Yes, you'll still get to flex that right-hand side of your brain, the ideas, the visuals, the big reveal moments.
But you'll also get to use the left-hand side that secretly loves:
Owning the process from brief to delivery
Running meetings where people actually listen
Making sure the "I'll do it later" brigade actually deliver
Passing on your hard-earned wisdom to a team who genuinely want to learn from you
This isn't a token "Head of" job with no teeth.
You'll sit on the senior leadership team, have your voice heard, and shape how the business grows.
You'll oversee every element of creative output, from brand guidelines to collateral to pitch-winning decks and make sure the spark of creativity runs right through the business.
The business itself? Rock solid. £5m turnover, 15 people, past the survival slog, and now scaling up with bigger budgets, bolder ideas, and a need for you to bring the creative vision.
