We employ 850 people in our 5 production centers and are recruiting for our company in Cressier a Head of the Continuous Department (m/f/d). Your tasks Set up and lead a centralized continuous improvement department for the entire company (3 sites), with a particular focus on the Cressier site. Analyze production performance metrics, propose actions and ensure their implementation, including associated reporting. Manage and coordinate problem-solving activities to guarantee the company's objectives. Standardize project management methodology at the site, mentor and support the project team (2 people). Ensure the update and compliance with standards and ensure the training of site personnel, including knowledge in industrial IT and networks as complementary elements. Position reports directly to management (production and technical). Main workplace: Cressier, with approximately 20% travel to sites in Switzerland. Profile Degree in food engineering or Lean Management (Green Belt level). Confirmed experience in a production environment. Strong management skills and proven project management experience (technical and problem-solving). Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to unite teams around common objectives. Fluency in French, with good knowledge of German (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
