Head of Continuous Customer Insight

Motability Operations Limited is seeking a senior leader to drive the Continuous Research Programme, including Voice of the Customer, CSI and HEARTbeat initiatives. You will ensure insights drive customer outcomes and support Consumer Duty obligations, working closely with the Customer Insight & Analytics team.

You will build robust ways to democratise insights, partner with Data Science to automate reporting, and influence senior stakeholders across MO.
