Head of Content & Fragrance Storytelling

The Fragrance Shop in Manchester is seeking a strategically minded Head of Content to lead storytelling, content, social and PR, driving engagement and commercial growth.

You will own content production, develop formats, activations and partnerships, building an editorial engine across digital, social, CRM and retail channels.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, CRM and Ecommerce, and shape content that informs, inspires and converts.
