Head of Compliance & People - Recruitment

H&G Recruitment Solutions in St Albans is seeking a Head of Compliance and HR to lead the compliance and HR function across the business, reporting to the Directors. You will ensure legal, regulatory and client requirements are met, driving governance, policy, people management and risk controls.

You will work across audits, ISO standards, data protection and recruitment compliance, shaping strategy, strengthening controls and delivering a high quality service to clients and candidates.
