Head of Compliance & MLRO: Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements. The role covers second-line oversight across regulated activities, including oversight of outsourced activities and the Appointed Representative.

The role reports to the Managing Director and is accountable to the Board, requiring strong governance, risk-based monitoring
