Head of Compliance & MLRO Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance and AML/CTF arrangements, ensuring FCA rules and Consumer Duty are upheld across the business.

The role combines SMF16 and SMF17 responsibilities, reporting to the Managing Director and the Board, leading the Compliance Oversight and AML functions, developing risk-based monitoring, and driving a culture of regulatory integrity.
