Head of Compliance & MLRO - Financial Crime Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight and MLRO to provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance and to lead AML/CTF frameworks across the Principal firm and overseas AR.

The role encompasses SMF16/SMF17 responsibilities, Consumer Duty governance, and reporting to the Board, collaborating with the Managing Director to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.
