Head of Compliance & MLRO - FCA Regulatory Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the firm's regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements.

The role requires acting as SMF16 and SMF17 (subject to FCA approval), oversight of consumer duty, and collaboration with senior leadership to embed strong governance. Strong FCA knowledge and leadership essential.
