Head of Compliance & MLRO - Build Fintech Compliance (London)

Harmonic Finance is seeking a Head of Compliance & MLRO to build the compliance function from the ground up in London, with 5 days on-site, and to own the journey toward FCA authorisation. The role will oversee framework, regulator relationships, and financial crime oversight as MLRO, reporting directly to the founders and the Board.

You will lead end-to-end policies, monitoring, and reporting, and drive a lean, hands-on function while exploring AI to modernise compliance.
