Head of Compliance & Financial Crime Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd in Coventry is seeking a senior leader to oversee regulatory compliance, AML/CTF controls and consumer duty. As SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (MLRO) you will provide independent second-line assurance and report to the Board.

You will develop and maintain effective compliance frameworks, monitor activity, advise senior management, and drive a strong culture of integrity while coordinating with the Appointed Representative and external regulators as needed.
