Head of Compliance & AML Oversight

Mphasis UK Ltd. seeks a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight and MLRO to provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance and risk management. The role oversees FCA rules, Consumer Duty, SM&CR and AML/CTF across the firm and its Appointed Representative.

The post holder will lead the Compliance and Financial Crime function, deliver monitoring programmes, advise senior management, and report to the Board, ensuring customer outcomes remain at the center of operations.
