Head of Compliance

HFG is recruiting a Head of Compliance for a Lloyd's Syndicate on an exclusive basis.

Reporting to the Compliance Director, this role is ideal for someone at Senior Manager level (or equivalent) seeking their first 'Head of' position.

You will join a high-performing business with ambitious growth plans and a culture of collaboration. Responsibilities include managing a small team, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing sanctions, financial crime, conduct risk, and product governance.

Applicants must have recent experience within a Lloyd's Managing Agency or Syndicate compliance function, possess a generalist compliance background, and have management experience.
